Refund Policy

At TradeSignal, we aim to provide high-quality, reliable automation services for traders who want to use TradingView’s trading signals and automate their strategy. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Plan Evaluation

We offer a 100% free plan (users need to contact us to get a free trial) with limited features to help users test the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly recommend using this free trial to verify compatibility with your strategy and platform (MT5 or Binance).

2. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly plans are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been processed for a monthly subscription, we do not offer refunds, whether partial or full, except in the case of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Failed activation despite setup support

If you believe you're eligible for an exception, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, we may offer pro-rated refunds if:

  • The user cancels within the first 14 days of activation.
  • Provides a valid reason related to platform performance or compatibility.
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Subscription Management

You are responsible for managing your subscription from your account dashboard. We do not issue refunds for:

  • Forgetting to cancel a plan before the renewal date
  • Unused time or signal credits
  • User-side configuration errors
  • Misuse or violation of terms

5. Technical Issues

We provide documentation and support to help you configure your trading signal integrations. Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Misconfigured TradingView alerts
  • Broker platform issues (MT5 downtime)
  • Failure to follow onboarding instructions
  • Limitations of your personal trading strategy

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the conditions above, email us at contact@tradesignal.tech with:

  • Your account email
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Description of the issue
  • Any supporting screenshots or logs

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
